SurACer® 4450 effectively a protective lacquer, is almost liquid at the application stage and solvent-free, thanks to its highly reactive SH/En system. As there are no isocyanate components, the skin irritations that have frequently plagued workers in polyurethane can be avoided.

With a suitable dosing system, which can be either a manual or automatic applicator, SurACer® 4450 can be applied either intermittently or continuously.
The DG 8301.applicator is eminently cost effective. As the pot time is a negligible factor and virtually no cleaning of equipment is required between production cycles, this is doming which is highly profitable.

When SurACer® 4450 is cured using the light curing device SurALux 8201, which takes in an area of more than A3 dimensions, or the SurALux 8204, (for A4+, it is possible to produce transparent coatings for print of every kind - digital, silk screen, dye-sublimation or transfers. And all with great flexibility and high brilliance.
Under curing lights, SurACer® 4450 hardens so quickly that the material is ready for delivery much sooner than has been the case for earlier comparable products.

Composition process
Components 1 and 2 are mixed homogeneously in the weight proportions of 1: 2

Proprietary container (1, 5 ,10 and 20 kilograms)

Storage
At 20° C, with light excluded, both the components of SurACer® 4450 can be safely stored for at least 6 months.
Once the two components have been combined, the mixture will remain usable for 5 days if stored in a refrigerator.
