PRO 100:

The PRO 100 system is a means of applying SurACer® 4450 manually in the most efficient way possible. It is intended to help speed up the output when filling an A3-sized template. It consists in a dosing device DG 8301, a light curing box SurALux 8201 and a mini-compressor KS 8440.
With the PRO 100 even high numbers of domed advertising labels etc. can be manually coated and efficiently produced. The increase in efficiency is at least 100% in comparison with the cartridge system.

Principle:

It is not necessary to fill cartridges with the coating material SurACer® 4450 because the resin is transferred direct onto the surface to be coated, with the aid of compressed air and a special valve. Depending on how much of the resin has been mixed, it is possible to carry on the dosed coating process in a continuous procedure over a considerable period of time.

Advantages:

The light curer SurALux 8201 is used at 100% efficiency. The time spent creating domed materials is significantly reduced and the customer receives the supplies much more quickly. The accessories previously required (such as cartridges and pistons) are no longer necessary. The only consumables which mainly to be replaced are the valve units and dosing needles. Time previously spent filling and cleaning cartridges can be used more profitably. The material is easier to use with confidence. No dosing device is necessary.

The only coating material it is possible to use in the
PRO 100 system is SurACer® 4450. The PRO 100 system was designed and developed by SurACer® 4450 and is in daily use at the company.
